Question: Do you guarantee your work?
Answer: Yes. Our guarantees vary from 3 years to 15 years on our various sealers. Eg, the 4 in 1 grout re-colouring system has a 15 year guarantee. |
Question: Why should I seal my grout?
Answer: The sealer makes your grout stain and dirt resistant which prevents the dirt from penetrating into your grout and therefore makes cleaning easier. |
Question: How soon can I walk on the tiles after cleaning and/or sealing?
Answer: It is best to wait approximately 30 to 60 minutes after cleaning/sealing. |
Question: What preparation should I do before you come to clean my tiles and grout?
Answer: It is best to clear the areas of all furniture, rugs etc. Heavy items can remain in place and we can clean around them or we may be able to move them during cleaning. A quick vacuum of the area is recommended. |
Question: Will it affect my carpets which boarder my tiled area?
Answer: When your tiles are being cleaned we use a special machine which cleans, rinses and vacuums simultaneously. Because of this the areas surrounding the tiles can be kept quite dry. |
