Only staff specifically trained in our Privacy Policy Division will have access to your confidential information. If we no longer require your information or you request that it is to be withdrawn, it will be deleted from our databases accordingly. Personal information gathered will also be provided to you upon request but will incur a processing fee of AU$25.
